Dry Fruit Curry (Turri)

Ingredients

  • 10 Cashews 
  • 10 Almonds 
  • 10 Dry dates 
  • 3 tablespoon Raisins 
  • 1 bowl Fox nut (Makhana) 
  • 3 small pieces Dry Coconut 
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds  
  • 2 teaspoon Clarified butter (Ghee) 

Directions

Step 1

Wash and soak all dry fruits overnight ( 6 hrs to 8 hrs ) then grind it with water it was soaked in, here you can use fresh water if more water is required.

Step 2

Heat a deep pan and add 2 teaspoon Clarified butter (Ghee)  in it.

Step 3

Now you have to add cumin seeds, when cumin seeds splutters add dry fruit paste and saute for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add sugar and 250 ml water and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.

Serve it with Rotis or Parathas.
